About our walks
We offer a range of walks from taster sessions to half day walks. Whatever your fitness level, there will be a walk suitable for you.
Perfect for first-timers. This is a gentle session which will introduce you to the world of Nordic Walking. No previous experience is required, and all abilities are welcome.
Ideal for beginners who would like to learn how to Nordic Walk using the British Nordic Walking ten step-approach.
Once you have completed the Beginners Workshop you will be able to join our regular Nordic Walking walks. See our Events on our Facebook page for details.
