Nordic Walking is a fantastic way to explore the country-side, meet like-minded people whilst improving your fitness.

Because you are walking with poles, pressure is taken off of the hips and knees and distributed across the whole of your body. It's ideal for people who haven’t exercised for a while and equally suitable for those who wish to add something extra to their current fitness regime.
