Nordic Walking is a fantastic way to explore the country-side, meet like-minded people whilst improving your fitness. It's essentially walking with poles which means you burn up to 40% more calories than regular walking!
It's an accessible activity and one that can be shared by people of different fitness levels. Because you are walking with poles, pressure is taken off of the hips and knees and distributed across the whole of your body. It's ideal for people who haven’t exercised for a while and equally suitable for those who wish to add something extra to their current fitness regime.
We offer a range of Nordic Walking activities and tuition in the Meon Valley area of the South Downs National Park from introductory taster sessions to full day adventure walks.
